4 out of 5 starsGeneric email sent quickly, but when I asked for specific advice, because I don't have a printer that prints this large (Yes, that's on me), she never got back to me. Would have been nice to at least get acknowledgement, even if it is a, "I don't know either." I did manage to figure it out eventually. On my own. Well, with the help of other people on the internet.

Turnaround Times
After purchase you can expect a proof within 1-3 business days, which will be sent by etsy convo (unless specified).
2 rounds of changes are included in the proofing stage. If you require additional proofs please purchase the additional proofs listing.
Once the proof is approved the print ready files will be sent to your email address.
What file types will the printable be supplied as?
All our printables are supplied as high resolution CMYK files. You will receive them as PDF, JPEG and PDF with crop marks.
If you need a different file type please let us know when you purchase.
Can you do a free mock up before I purchase?
Due to the volume of orders we cannot provide a mock up before purchase.
We include 2 rounds of changes with invitation purchases. If you require additional changes or customisation please contact us we would be happy to assist

I have received the print ready files but now I need to make a change, what do I do?
• Print yourself:
If your job has been marked as "dispatched" but you now need to make a change you will need to purchase the "Extra proofs" listing:

We can then make the additional changes and send you a revised proof.
• We are printing:
If your job has been marked as "dispatched" but you now need to make a change and printing has not commenced, you will need to purchase the "Extra proofs" listing:

If printing has commenced your job will need to be reprinted and you will need to purchase an additional print run.
The size I ordered is not what I need, can I get a refund?
All sizes are included in the listing details, if you need a different size file you must contact us before purchasing.
Once you have downloaded the print ready files or the final print files have been sent we can not offer a refund.

All files for instant download will be at the size specified in the listing. We take no responsibility for incorrect sizing. If you need any of our files at a different size please contact us before purchasing, additional charges may apply.
